I've ran a can of seafoam through it because I was told one of my injectors maybe clogged and if it was this should do the job. The car has been running absolutely fine mechanically wise other than the light being on on the dash. After about a hundred miles the light went off and my worries were gone but after another hundred miles the light came back on and it's reading the same code so I don't know what my next step should be. Any recommendations??

Oil level correct ? You can use fuel cleaner additive, which does help minimize carbon deposit, but do a MAF (mass airflow) sensor cleaning.

Your MAF sensor would be similar to this one , the sensor here that is exposed is the IAT (intake air temperature) sensor, use either brake cleaner or MAF cleaner, and retest .
