fuel trim bank 1 and 2 / with po507 after getting 100 c ...just pot 02 senser in

Question

Just replaced 02 senser the check engine light was off for 100 miles just now check engine reading PO507 / PO173 / PO1O3/ Coolant Level and i see a coolant leak not sure where yet. I just bought this mbz and there was no battery for a long time . Could this car be just getting used to my driving and just puting up these codes ? shall i clear them and drive it a while ?will is stop running on me ?
