Having rough idle

Question

I have code p1273 and I have rough idle. Jumps up and down as I shift down gears. Also rough idle just idling with foot off gas

This the only code condition code that exist, and there is no lean code condition for the other side of the Bank? Check the fuel pressure as well as the fuel volume,

​ The fuel volume as well as the fuel pressure should be checked

​ Here at the fuel pump this is the return there should be a check valve , this tends to pop out and seat in the return hose, which created a low pressure as well as low fuel volume.
