my car reads code p0700,p1753 but i converted it to 5 speed

i have a 01 honda prelude h22a4 it was auto but i converted it to 5 speed now am getting code p0700 and p1753.From what i read those codes are for auto transmission only is that correct and if so how can i delete the code

These codes are for the automatic, if you want to delete the codes, you will need to get a computer from a manual transmission car, not the automatic. The computer is looking for these things that are no longer there.
