P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

P0401 Exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient

This code is 2 separate condition a misfire are mostly set due to a secondary ignition malfunction, sparkplug wire shorting to ground or the ignition module not able to produce sufficient secondary voltage to it cylinder, As for P0401 this is the EGR system  a plug EGR system or failed EGR .
