misfire of cylinder one and four

Question

first the misfire appear on cylinder one and four,, we fix the broken wire on injector number one,, we start the engine, but the misfire go to cylinder two and three now,, we replace camshaft sensor and crankshaft position sensor error P0335, but the engine wont start anymore,

This usually indicates an issue with the mechanical timing. If it's off, then you will get a cam sensor code and usually double misfire codes at the same time.
