You will not have cruise control with P1125 the cruise control is part of the TAC( Throttle actuator motor), P1125 deal with the power supply to the APP sensor, As long as there are no code reffering to the TAC you resolve the APP sensor, As for the knock sensor water intrusion tends to rust away the knock sensor,
