Hi there,

This code is for the purge control solenoid. This can cause poor running and lower fuel economy. The vapor recovery system and the purge control solenoid work together to pull the fuel vapors out of the charcoal canister and into the intake. They are then burned in the engine. This helps the vehicle get better fuel mileage. Check your purge solenoid and make sure it's actually opening and closing when the engine rapidly increases to 2500 rpms.
