I peplaced the relay still will not crank.

Code p0232. Replaced relay no change. Any ideas?

P0232 Fuel pump secondary circuit

Check the inertia switch if the inertia switch make sure it is depressed, There also a fuse / relay issue that tends to create a no start condition, This may help , go to the engine fuse / relay box and wiggle the relays.
