PO134 Code how to repair?

car will not start has two codes PO134 and PO130

Hi there,

These 2 codes won't normally prevent the car from starting. They are O2 sensor codes and both for the same sensor. It does indicate there is a problem with the first O2 sensor in the exhaust. It is possible the computer is bad, that could cause these codes and the no start, but I would check for fuel and spark as the reasons it won't start.
