P2195 02 sensor signal stuck lean Bank 1 Sensor 1

P2187 Fuel system too lean at idle

P2177 Fuel trim too lean at off idle

P0455 Evaporative emission control system leak detected

To resolve this code a KOER (key on engine running ) test would have to be performed, as well as a KOEO (Key On Engine Off) test would have to be performed

Backfiring thru the intake , this would surely damage the air filter . if not would cause a fire. , Your vehicle has a vacuum leak, some of the common would be a stuck open purge valve,

Here on this Mazda 3, same codes, backfire thru the intake and you can see burned marks done to the airfilter

The code that did show up that where present was a P0440 (evaporative emission control system malfunction and a P2187. Doing a KOER test the code came up different , P0171 (fuel trim lean Bank 1) and P0441 (incorrect purge flow) , disconnecting the purge hose and sealing it off, and retesting the vehicle proved that the purge was stuck open , This caused the EVAP code, as well as the lean code. The fix replace the purge valve, and replace the airfilter.
