P0731 Subaru -Most likely fix

Question

I have replaced the ATF but still codes po731 and po732  car will not engage after moviifter into drive.        The fluid was actually very clean w no visible metal shavings and smelled normal.   The fluid was a little low but that was perhaps due to the brokeen line leaking at the time of issue.
My question is i have both po171 and po172 simultaniously So i would think either a wiring/ ECU issue or solonoids? Any suggestions?

The codes P0171 and P0172 both indicate an issue with the fuel mix on bank 1. Here is a list of possible causes.
