i have a 2008 Toyota Prius. the error codes came up c1241, c1256, and c0210.

I have a 2008 toyota prius, and the error codes came up: c1241, c1256, c0210. also the srs light stays illuminated 5 seconds past when all the other lights turn off after i start the car. I've also been having braking and traction problems. what should i do?
The other day my car started, and all of the lights were flashing, and after about 10 seconds the whole car just turned off to a point and I had to jump start it.
