I put a new transmission valve body on my 2001 dodge Dakota sport 4.7l 45rfe transmission now I have a sloppy shifter and truck won't start it has power just won't turn over I also wired an new o2 sensor as I was down under the truck any ideas and I'm not sure if I wired it correctly.h

If you wired the 02 sensor incorrectly this would cause a no start, The ASD  sends power to the 02 sensor heater circuit, not only that , the 02 heater circuit if grounded will open the fuel pump fuse, And that will definety cause a no start condtion. And no operation of the ASD relay. Check the fuel pump fuse, You would need to check all the fuses in the engine fuse /relay box.
