P0113 FORD - the 2000 ford taURUs is not wanting to shift gears until you get to about 35 mph and the engine light and low coolant light is on as well

Hi there,

This code is for the intake air temp sensor. This would not normally cause a shifting issue with the car. Its likely or possible there would be a code stored in the transmission control module for the shifting issue. I have also seen problems with the throttle position sensor cause this type of shifting issue as well.
