2008 Mazda Mazda5 2.3L with engine code P0758

Question

Working on a 2008 Mazda Mazda5 2.3L it has the P0758 code. I can clear the code but as soon as I put the car in rev. The at the light and check engine light come on. I have followed the flow chart from AllData. I repaired the wire from the tcm to the case connector. Which is the aj at tcm and c at case conn. I replaced the internal wiring harness plus all solenoids. Replaced the tcm. And I still get the code.

This code is for a shift solenoid B malfunction. A lot of times this can be caused by low or dirty transmission fluid or a stuck solenoid. Here is some more info on the code.
