P0685 & P0688 fault on my car Dodge - how to fix or reset the fault

how to fix or reset the ECM/PCM power relay control circuit & ECM/PCM power relay sense circuit because its open and the fault come on the car

P0688 Auto shut down relay sensor circuit low

P0658 Actuator supply voltage A circuit low

What brings the ASD relay to go low is either a short in the harness which gives power to the  fuel injector and other sensor , But to have a P0688 this is the TCM (transmission control module)  a short at or in the TCM would set the ASD circuit low. Try disconnecting the TCM and check to see if the ASD powers up.
