P0244 Subaru -do I need a specialist to fix this,if not how?

My book says it's a waste gate issue for the turbo in solenoid A range/performance. Wanting to know how to fix problem.

P0244 Turbo charger wastegate solenoid "A" range performance

To replace the wastegate solenoid you need to access it, to better access the solenoid remove the battery, there the wastegate solenoid , remove its connection, remove the hose, there remove the wastegate solenoid, install in reverse order.
