when I check the code at the computer it blinks 2 long and 13 short.

Question

I checked the engine code using the screw at the  ECU. The check engine light blinked 2 long and 13 short blinks. I thought it meant PO213 but does not seem to be the problem ( misfire). There were no other codes.
