P0449 Gmc - 2001 sierra location of evaporated solenoid

I failed with p0449 code I have replaced the gas cap fuel pump solenoid with the upgraded parts from the dealer and still failed with same code

P0449 Evaporative emission control system vent solenoid circuit malfunction

The location of the EVAP solenoid in on the frame near the charcoal canister, This is not a good code, It comes with a lot of problem, because this is a solenoid, Replace it, what happens solenoid if left unrepaired will burn out its ECM driver, This solenoid is fused protected, so the fuse should be checked, Which is at the engine fuse/ relay box use the cover for a map for its location.should be listed as ENG 1 fuse. This is long shot as having a open fuse or a open EVAP solenoid. what happens when this code set it more of a ECM problem where the ECM gives the command to vent, by sending a ground to the vent solenoid to turn on.but the ground fails which is internal of the ECM.
