Car will not start and has these codes and miss fire codes could crank shaft sensor be the reason car won't start it has spark and fuel.

P1336 / P1337 Intermittent interruption in  the Crankshaft speed fluctuation

Even with this code the engine would still start, The location of this sensor is at the botton of the timing belt. What  this sensor does is determine engine misfire., Also this code is used in a Acura engine. You would need to do the basic, Honda or Acura the distributor rotor tends to shift out of position , so that area needs to be checked, When you state it has spark, is there spark going to the ignition sparkplug wire rather than just at the cap. the distributor cap .the rotor tends to shift out of position.

Check the sparkplug condition , especially if it comes out wet whether fuel or coolant, you would need to rule out a mechanical condition
