I have an Infinity G35x sedan. This engine code came up. What is my next step?

The purge control solenoid is under the hood and should be tested if you haven't replaced it already. If the purge solenoid is good, then the next step would be to check the evap pressure sensor. If the sensor isn't working properly, then you could have it throwing this code because the purge may not work.
