need help canceling code P0451 and check engine light on 2007 Lincoln MKX

yes replaced  evap canister at gas tank ..replace feedback sensor and ground wire to feedback sensor.  still getting code and engine light...I'm told to drive car for 60 to 80 miles and light should go off. I need it to go out now need an Inspection sticker and can't pass inspection because of code

P0451 Evaporative emission system pressure sensor / switch range / performance.

Is the system updated ? and the update kit installed for P0451 ? If not use this TSB to resolve the issue.

ISSUE
Some 2007 Edge and MKX vehicles may exhibit a malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) on with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0451 which may be caused by electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) interference.

 

ACTION
If normal Workshop Manual Diagnostics are unable to resolve the concern, install a Capacitor/Jumper Harness Kit following the installation instruction sheet included with the kit.
