Look for a EVAP leak, what this code condition detected was from the fuel tank pressure sensor, what affects it perfromance is a EVAP leak which commonly at the filler tank tube right where it connects at the fuel tank

 Here a fuel fill tube on a Ford, here the fuel fill tube is cracked, this type of condition would set a P0451, this is a easy find. most of the P0451 is right where the fill tube connects at the fuel tank.
