I got the engine code P0171 on my 1999 Saturn SL2, Bank 1 Lean code

Question

How can I fix this so it will pass inspection? I have tried to find the MAF but cannot find it. I have already replaced the MAP Sensor.

Your engine has no MAF, just a MAP sensor, this is known as a speed density engine, it just uses a MAP sensor, vacuum leak should also be checked and inspected for by use of brake cleaner spraying along the intake manifold for any vacuum leak, and the PCV hose, being a speed density engine the sparkplug needs to be checked, properly torque down proper sparkplug gap. and no oil in the sparkplug wire well.
