This code can set if a Non OEM 02 sensor is being used, if the 02 sensor was replaced, This code is mostly seen when it is recommended for a tune up where sparkplug replacement are recommended.

 P1175 are seen in the pending when it comes close to the manufacture recommended time for tune up
