P1175 Chevrolet -

Question

I am getting codes P1175 and P 1153. My truck runs rough and I have had the catalytic converters replaced twice in the last 18 months.  I have also replaced the O2 sensors. What else should I check?

The code P1153 indicates an issue with the O2 sensor. Since you have changed the sensor and still experiencing the issue, it could indicate an issue with wiring. Here is some more info for you.
