P0121 appread to my car

Question

The check engine appeared and it was the throttle sensor but i remove it from the memory and it did not came back so do i have a serious problem or it is finshed

P0121 Throttle position sensor 1 performance

If you cleared the code and it did not reset , that fine this would be considered as intermittent.
