2001 Volkswagen Jetta 1.8L Turbo with engine code P2128

Question

2001 Volkswagen Jetta 1.8L Turbo, code P2128 throttle/pedal positing sensor, I replaced the pedal with a new one, but still, the code comes up, I'm running out of ideas...

P2128 Throttle /  pedal position sensor / switch "E" circuit high input

This is not with the sensor  but the connection checking, what needs to be check is its voltage supply, when you set a code for a circuit high, this is a open connection of the sensor
