2011 Freightliner Deisel Sprinter Van with error code P203D

I have a 2011 sprinter van with an OBD2 code: P203D - Reductant Level Sensor Circuit High
What's causing the code, and how can I fix it? Thanks

P203D Reductant fuel level circuit high

Circuit high code means there is a disconnection of that component at the fuel tank check for any wire that may have come out from its socket if good and no open circuit the level sensor will need to be replaced.
