P1385 - runing bad

After. Changing the distributor on my 96' gmc sierra z71 after runing perfect about 40 miles or so in 2 days or so this code poped up not sure wht could be help would be great .. not sure if its a sensor or what plz help

P1385 This code is not for this year vehicle, especially if it has a distributor, if the distributor was recently replaced, and was running good for about 40 miles something happen with the distributor, the distributor has a reluctor  this control cam timing, they have a tendency to move out of place, you may need another distributor.
