how to fix a P0013 code on my 2012 Chrysler 200S??

Question

It says P0013 Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit/Open (Bank 1)
How does one fix this problem? The check engine light comes and goes.

Check the connection , a poor connection to the camshaft actuator will definitely set this code,
