P0884 PCM /TCM power relay control circuit open

What this code mean is there was a interruption to the PCM /TCM check the charging system this would be the first step in diagnoses for this code condition

 The charging system has to be check first a good charging system would be 2 volts above battery voltage. should be 14 volts
