Crank over but no start, changed coil and ignition control module. Power at coil, all other electric working, fuel at carburetor.

The location of the OBD connector is under the instrument panel dash area. Even if you gather a code that is set, it will not give much information of why the no start, OBD 1 is a volatile, the moment the key is turned off.

 If there s fuel at the distributor and you have spark coming from the sparkplug wire end,(not only coil) you may have to move the distributor
