For Toyota Avalon 2006, what does code P2195 indicate and how do I rectify it?

P2195 Oxygen (A / F ) sensor signal stuck lean Bank 1 Sensor 1

Is this the only code you are getting ? The reason there has been update to the A/F sensor and the replacement of the intake manifold gasket. TSB # T-TCI-397 In this TSB you replace the exhaust manifold for both banks  along with the A/F sensor upstream on both banks
