my 1996 chevy suburban k1500 with a 5.7 v8 vortec engine has a p1100 code, and I can not find out hat it means

P1100 MAF sensor intermittent

 This code is for the MAF being intermittent, the problem with this code it can also be set if you have a low fuel pressure, Or in the distributor where its reluctor moves out of its position.
