P0302 Toyota - due to running over small stump?

Question

Recently, I drove the front of my 2011 Toyota Prius over a small, rotting stump, and did not see any damage. The check engine light came on about the same time. Could that cause a P0302 code?

That would not cause a P0302. This is a misfire on cylinder #2. Usually caused by a bad ignition coil or spark plug. The stump should not be a factor here.
