2002 Mercury Mountaineer 4.0L with engine code P1450, what is the problem?

Hi there,

The code is not as simple as pointing to a single part that could be the problem. The code is for to much vacuum in the evap system. This would normally be caused by something like the vent control valve not working properly, or a blockage in the tubing from the purge control solenoid to the charcoal canister.
