P0365 BMW - Sensor B Bank 1 - Is this intake or exhaust

Question

When looking up to buy part online there is sensors for intake or exhaust and also with wire and without.  Which one is it and where is it so I can determine if with wire or not.  This is a 2001 BMW Z3 with 2.5L Engine

P0365 Camshaft position sensor

This code is for the inlet side or the intake side, this one is with wire, you can make sure by going to the camshaft sensor if the connection for the camshaft disconnects at the camshaft it without wire ,

 The location of the camshaft sensor is at the front near top on the intake side
