2005 Infiniti qx 56 code po420 & po430?

Question

My service engine light is on and I had autozone pull codes on my 2005 Infiniti qx 56, codes po420 and po430 showed up. What are the solutions to fixing the problem?

Unfortunately the only solution is to replace the catalytic converter on both sides. The catalytic converter are part of the exhaust manifold.
