2011 Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0L Turbo with engine code P0300

Question

I've changed the plugs coils and the PCV on the valve cover but the vehicle continues to throw a P0300 code. What might the cause be

P0300 Random misfire

When a VW misfire, it usually sets the identifier as to what cylinder is causing the misfire, The best way to resolve the misfire condition is to do a compression test especially if the misfire condition is steady

 

If you are just receiving a steady misfire code P0300 Per VW perform a compression test on the cylinders.
