2003 toyota corolla

Question

the check engine light is on. it has the code p0174. three diffrent mechanics have done everything including changing the valve cover gasket, replacing injectors, replaceing the fuel pump, cleaning the mafs sensor, changing the intake manifold gasket, replacing the oxygen sensor. What is going on? Please help....

It possible that the Oxygen Sensor they used was not the correct one. There is a factory service bulletin for a similar problem: http://goo.gl/Z20iV7
