could p0171 p0174 be a bad fuel pump?

truck ran fine then just died and will not start and I don't hear the pump during prestart but the codes are making me second guess my bad fuel pump theory?

Yes it can, You have a fuel pressure test port where you can test the fuel pressure, especially since the engine does not start, and not hearing the fuel pump. more than anything you have a failed pump
