Where are the the following parts located on my 2008 Chevy Impala - EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve, EVAP control system pressure sensor, Vacuum cut valve, Vacuum cut valve bypass valve, and EVAP canister?

Are these parts that can be replaced by a DYIer?

P0455 Evaporative emission system (Large leak detected)

All these part that you are looking for are at the fuel tank. at the charcoal canister, P0455 is not going to require all the parts listed. The purge will not set a P0455. The vacuum bypass will not either. The control pressure sensor yes that can, but it is easily diagnosed using a scan tool with EVAP data,  The first step with a Large evap leak is check the fuel cap

The purge valve once it is commanded on, the FTP measures the vacuum decay, if it is not at the calibrated time it set a EVAP code either a small evap leak or a large evap leak.
