For this OBD code, are both tps in the throttle body or does one exist in the throttle body and the other on the accelerator pedal inside?

You have a throttle position sensor and an accelerator position sensor. The APP is located on the gas pedal and the TPS is on the throttle body.

The code you have is for the one on the throttle body.
