What needs to be fixed for a p452 code on a Chevy truck?

Vehicle: 1998 Chevrolet 1500 5.7

You probably have to replaced the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. Unfortunately the sensor is inside the fuel tank and you have to remove the tank to access the sensor.

P0452 = Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
