Code P0673, could this code mean my wiring harness on my 2001 Ford F350 Super Duty?

P0673. My check engine light came on and after hooking up to a code reader I got code P0673. Could this code mean I need to replace my wiring harness? When driving my truck, I can feel a lose of power, while driving the truck shaking and it starts up a little rough. Thanks for any help that is given.

P0673 Glow plug # 3 circuit failure

No, this more of a failing glow plug, even with a failed glow plug the engine should not have a shaking feeling when you are driving. a little rough start yes, but that's it. If you can do a engine running test or a KOER (key on engine running) test you may be able to narrow this down beside just a glow plug.
