I get obd code P1316 what is the problem and how do I fix it?

I get the obd code P1316 the truck runs fine but I have not driven it out of the garage since I got the ck engine light.

P1316 Injector circuit  / IDM codes detected

Any rough idle condition that is noted, or any  hard to start ? This code tend to be the camshaft sensor  in some cases, it can also set as a intermittent condition.
