What r  common causes for this problem have already changed solinoid pack out and code come back

Beside having this code coming back, is there any other code that set with it such as a loss of prime.? This code if returning would not set by itself, there should be other code that set when this event occurs, unless there is a open circuit to the solenoid pack.
