P1502 Subaru help

Getting a p1502 so ive recently had the motor rebiuilt about a year ago new pistons rings everything all from subaru now the past couple moths ive been driving 2hrs away to visit some family now by the time i get there im leaking coolant outta the resevoir and just puking outta the ground so i pressure tested it to just double check and holds pressure fine so ive read some place it could possibly be my radiator cap ok so this morning i start my car and now i got the p1502 code so i thouggt it was low coolant toped it off let it run with cap off to get all the bubbles out. Now ive never had an overheating problem so the car is running for like 15 mins and fans still have not turned on tried my ac fan that doesnt turn on either i hooked direct power to the fan it works now under the dash there are to green connectors u can hook up and it will bypass it and both fans turn on i lve checked the fuses both are good im thinking either a coolant temp sensor or maybe the main fan fuse under the dash but for the cts if it was bad id figure it would throw that code correct? Any advice on where to go from here

P1502 Radiator fan function problem

The best way to resolve this condition is check the condition of the cooling fan motor. use a voltmeter or test light to check for power when the a/c is turned on , this code condition is mostly seen as faulty cooling fan motor.
